Words to Live By

So last night, I came upon someone's wise words to live by. I was so moved by them, that I wanted to take the time to share them with you.

Life is too short

to drink cheap beer,

to listen to bad music,

to not be yourself,

to take others for granted,

to take the easy way out,

to have regrets,

or to think about what could have been.

Instead you should

live each minute like its your last,

thank God for your friends, your family,

and those you care about.

laugh until it hurts,

be kind and helpful to others,

do the right thing,

and pray that God has a sense of humor

as you pour another glass of Jack,

listen to music that defines you,

and enjoy life to the fullest.

And if you slip, remember

you can always get back up,

shrug it offf,

and keep on going.
