Hi, gang! Happy New Year.
I know I have gotten slack again, but the festive-ness of the holidays and trying to finish up this semester threw me off track. With the new year, I am going to try very hard to do better.
So, what are your plans for the New Year?
Me, I'm going to try to be more fearless. I have a tendancy to over think everything, and that often leads to me missing out on a lot of things. I always thought of myself as a go getter, but I think sadly I am not.
I do not know when this happened to me, but I know it is not who I want to be.
I hope to to shake things up a little. I am trying to figure out how. Any suggestions?
What else is on my mind. . . . .
Oh, don't you like my new background? (thanks Lyns) Watch out now I have a whole bunch of craziness to play with.
How was everyone's Christmas?
Mine was uneventful, which I guess is good.
I tried to upload some pictures from the famous Whobalation, but things were not working so well for me that day, so I gave up.
Other than the normal holiday-ness, I just hung around with my great friends and family. We played in the mud at the river (Thanksgiving and Christmas). I shopped a lot and played with my Mingo girls and my Peyton. He is precious in every sense of the word.
Two weeks from Friday is my birthday. I will be 33. That is insane. I don't know how I feel about this whole time marches on thing. I do hope though I am one of those women who age gracefully and not cling to my twenties like someone clinging to a rope dangling over the side of a mountain.
Okay, this was compeletly random and useless. Maybe I'll have something better to talk about later.
Hope you all had a great 2008. Here's hoping 2009 is even better.
Peace and hair grease.
